A deposit of 30% is required for all reservations.
A hold of 500 euros will be placed on your credit card 24 hours before the start of your stay. It will be automatically released 24 hours after your departure.
It is mandatory to provide a vacation rental insurance certificate.
Cancellations are free of charge up to three weeks before the arrival date.
For cancellations between three weeks and one week before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be kept.
If cancellation occurs within one week before arrival, the full deposit will be retained. A tourist tax, determined based on the classification, is payable in addition per person, per night.
Arrival time is from 6:00 PM, and departure must take place 10:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted.
The property is entirely non-smoking.
